Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or in person. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability. Payments must be made at the spa via cash or accepted digital methods unless otherwise specified.
Clients are requested to inform us at least a few hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges. Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless approved by management.
All spa services are strictly for relaxation and wellness purposes only. We do not provide any medical treatments or inappropriate services. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and maintain proper decorum within the spa premises. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Client details are kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
